Our flowers are resourced from growers locally, Interstate and from parts of the globe. Quality checks are regularly taken from the grower to the our shopfront to monitor the freshness and quality. An efficient and speedy transporting system has always been an integral part of the Buderim Florist's quality trade mark and plays an important part in maintaining the high standards we have built up over the 25 years.
Buderim Florist also use a fast and efficient delivery system for flower delivery, ensuring that the time between harvesting and arrival to your recipient is kept to an absolute minimum.
With All finished work being thoroughly checked by a senior designer before departing our premises on it way to the recipient.

3. How do I take care of the fresh flowers? this question is ask by a lot of people.

So we listened to our customers and decided to place in every order that leaves our premises, written instructions on how to best care for the flowers so that maximum life of the flowers may be obtained and so that the flowers may bring enjoyment and happiness to the recipient for as long as possible.

4. When you contact us by telephone, our team member will offer you an option to receive a digital image of the flowers you have just purchased. If you accept the offer as soon as your order is completed it will be photographed and put in to our system, where it will automatically be collated, framed and sent to you that night.

5. As our team have put a lot of tender loving care in the design and make-up of your flower order it is only fitting that it arrives at its destination in the same way it leaves our premises. Buderim Florist use our own dedicated drivers and do not use any other third party courier drivers. When we make a delivery and find there is no-one home at the address given our delivery driver will NEVER LEAVE your FLOWERS UNATTENDED where they are exposed to the elements, animals and opportunity seekers who pass by. The driver will leave a calling card in a discreet but appropriate location then return the flowers back to Buderim Florist where a team member will endeavour to contact the recipient and arrange a suitable delivery time. If we are unable to contact the recipient on the day the flowers were requested to be delivered, we will then contact you (the sender) for further instructions.
