Delivery Policy

Your order must be placed before 2:30pm for same day delivery service as our courier departs on  the last run at 3:00pm.
AM deliveries within local area for same day delivery must be placed by 9:30am. (please note Saturday deliveries )
For delivery regions outside the local area and located on the Sunshine Coast, orders must be placed prior to 3pm the day before they need to be delivered.
Contact Details.
Buderim Florist require you to provide a contact telephone number for the recipient so that your order may be expidited in a timely manner .
ALL orders placed Mon - Fri after 2:30pm will be processed am the following day.

We also require a valid phone number and email address on your order to assist in contacting you immediately should one of our Sales Team have any questions or concerns regarding your order.

Saturday Deliveries
We will try our very best to deliver according to your time request on Saturday, however, we cannot guarantee any specific timed deliveries on this day. All deliveries will be securely delivered up to 3:00pm. For same day delivery, all orders must be placed before 10am on Saturday for same day delivery.

Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday
ALL orders placed after 12pm on Saturday and at any time of day on Sunday will be processed on the following Monday morning. Any specific information about your delivery will be forwarded to you at that time. When ordering online, please clearly indicate any specific delivery requests in the Instructions field on the order page. Buderim Florist apologises for any inconvenience.

Public Holiday Deliveries
Buderim Florist is closed on Public Holidays.

Time Deliveries
Deliveries specifying a time, other than AM or PM will incur an additional charge:
Local Buderim Area add $5.50 to standard price,
Outside 5km from Buderim  add $8.0 to standard price
Over 25km  Price on application
Delivery Policy
Buderim Florist undertakes to deliver your order to the address you have given us.  We cannot be held responsible if the delivery information you have provided us is incorrect or incomplete  or if our courier cannot gain reasonable access to the address given or if the intended recipient is not at the given address when our courier calls. To minimize delivery problems we may need to contact the recipient. If you wish us to NOT contact the recipient you must advise us at the time of placing your order.
If we cannot deliver and unless you have advised us otherwise, our couriers will try to leave the flowers with a responsible person or if this is not possible they will return the flowers to the our shop, where they will contact the recipient by phone to arrange a suitable delivery time. In certain circumstances we may have to charge another delivery fee if you require a second delivery. When flowers are being delivered to a business, school, hospital or military base, we are required to follow the institution's delivery policy; in which case deliveries will be made to the designated receiving area such as a reception desk or delivery dock. Deliveries to business premises are completed by 4pm in most cases.

Please Note: In the unlikely event that an order is not received, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can arrange another delivery. Any non delivery must be advised within 2 days.
