Competition Terms and Conditions
By entering the Buderim Florist ‘Monthly Flower Draw’, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- You must be a resident of Australia.
- By entering the competition you agree to receive occasional promotional material via email from Buderim Florist or Hello HAmpers Pty Ltd.
- Only one entry per purchase per customer per month.
Persons who register their name more than once will be disqualified from entering the competition.
- Winners will be notified by email.
- Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Buderim Florist's employees and their immediate families are ineligible to participate in this competition.
- Prize cannot be taken as cash.
- The gift certificate can not be used for payment of accounts or Interflora or Network orders.
- Buderim Florist reserves the right to disqualify any entry which breaches these terms and conditions.
- Gift voucher must be used by validation date and cannot be extended.
- The Competition is being run by Buderim Florist.
- Entries become the property of Buderim Florist.
- Entry to the competition is free.
- One prize drawn per month.
- To enter, entrants must fully complete and submit the online entry form found at http://www.buderimflorist.com.au/ or purchase within the month

The personal information collected as part of the entry is collected to enable identification of the winner and for future marketing and promotional purposes. Your personal information will only be disclosed to the Promoter and its related bodies corporate for these purposes. You can contact our Privacy Officer if you would like details of the personal information that the Promoter may hold about you or if you would like it to be corrected.
