YANDINA, YANDINA CREEK, YAROOMBA for orders placed prior to 3:00pm Mon to Fri and Prior to 10:00am Sat, otherwise delivery will be the next working day,
unless otherwise stipulated by the customer Requesting Specific Times and Weddings incur a $20 per location delivery Charge.
Sunshine Coast Hinterland / Interstate / International deliveries require prior notice of 24 hour to effectively fulfil our obligation to you.
Buderim
Florist does not deliver on public holidays or Sundays except by arrangement and additional charges may apply.
During times of enormous volumes of work during day to day operations or peak times (Valentines, Mothers Day,
Easter, Christmas etc) some deliveries may be delivered after hours.
Prices
Prices quoted on this website are in Australian Dollars (AUD),
and Our prices are inclusive of all delivery fees to the Sunshine Coast local areas, from Caloundra to Noosa and are also fully inclusive of Goods and
Services
Tax (GST).
Delivery charges to all other areas outside the Sunshine Coast or around Australia and overseas, attract a service fee as follows:
Domestic: $8.25 (via Networks)
Deliveries to the following areas attract an
additional fee of $15.00 as they are outside our normal delevery area ...Sunshine Coast Hinterland Glass House Mountains,Beerwah, Landsborough, Mt
Mellium, Mooloolah, Maleny,Mapleton, Montville & Flaxton areas)
International: All international orders attract a $10.00 network surcharge.

Payment
We accept all major credit card payments; Amex, Visa, Diners, MasterCard and EFPOS. You
can also send your payment by personal cheque or Australian or International
Money Order.
Note, payment must be received prior to the delivery date otherwise no delivery will occur.
General Buderim Florist reserves the right to refuse entry to the shop and or refuse service to any customer it deems unsuitable or

Here at Buderim Florist we put a lot of effort in to seeking only the highest quality and freshest flowers for you the customer so that we
may produce outstanding results in design and innovation to exceed your expectations. In doing so Buderim Florist backs up its work with a 100% Guarantee
so if your not completely satisfied then simple return the bouquet or arrangement with in 48 hours to our shop and we will redo the same Bouquet/Arrangement
at no charge.
When requested flowers are unavailable or not in season,they will be substituted with flowers of an equal or greater
value.
At times due to availability matching colour to illustrations may prove difficult and substitution of colour may be necessary.
if specific
colours are requested this should be documented in the special instructions area located on the web site order form or advised either by telephone, fax or
email quoting order number where relevant.

Customers should note that there may be colour variations between the website picture and the actual flowers used also mother nature
sometimes has variations too.
Buderim Florist Rewards Club
Membership to the Buderim Florist Rewards Club is for corporate members only who can produce a current ABN/ACN
As a Buderim Florist Rewards Club member when you make a purchase we will give you back 7% of the value [Excluding Network Fees and Delivery Charges] as a
rebate in the form of cumulative Buderim Florist Rewards Dollars redeemable with any future purchase to spend on any Buderim Florist merchandise and gift
certificates.
Buderim Florist Flower Dollars are cumulative and may be redeemed as required within the life of each Buderim Florist Flower Dollar.
All Buderim Florist Flower Dollars have a shelf life of two (2) years from the day they were collected.
There is no required number of points per redemption, allowing you to use as few or many at your discretion.
Buderim Florist Flower Dollars cannot be converted to cash or any change given. All rewards are subject to availability and to terms, conditions, and
restrictions imposed by suppliers.
Cardholders must notify Buderim Florist of any change of address.
Buderim Florist will maintains the privacy of cardholders information in the administration and communication of the program and will not sell or divulge any
part to any third party without the express permission of the cardholder.

Buderim Florist reserves the right to terminate the membership of any cardholder in the program who appears to be using Buderim Florist Rewards Card in a

Once gift certificates or rewards have been issued or shipped, we cannot allow any changes or refunds, even in case of loss, theft, expiration or
destruction.
All rewards are subject to availability and to terms, conditions, and restrictions imposed by suppliers.
Buderim Florist assume no responsibility for any loss, damage, defect or expense relating to any reward.
Buderim Florist is not responsible and assumes no liability for changes or discontinuances of service from providers, which may affect offers or the posting,
and accrual of points.
Buderim Florist Flower Dollar accounts cannot be transferred and are only valid for the original account holder.
Buderim Florist reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions, and any aspect of the program at any time without notice.
Buderim Florist Accounts Department will notify each current Member with an up to date balance of points accumulated on each invoice raised.
The use of the Buderim Florist Rewards Club Card constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions as posted on our web site www.budeimflorist.com.au
